Karla has a passion for hairdressing, which began when she watched her mother mix colors in her salon. From a young age, Karla knew that if she wanted to take her career in the beauty industry to the next level, she had to invest in education. Perfecting her cosmetology skills is key. She loves sharing her experience with other stylists, sharing formulas, color application techniques, and other details that have helped her have a successful 5-chair salon for many years and remain behind the chair for over 20 years. Karla loves what she does, and that is why she loves education. She firmly believes it provides a space where we can all grow.
