Tamika Tabb is the Owner & Founder of Her Crown Accounting (HCA), which was incorporated in 2020. With a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, a minor in Psychology and over 20 years of Corporate Accounting & Auditing experience, Tamika applies her knowledge and expertise to help entrepreneurs in the beauty industry enhance their personal and business finances.
While Tamika’s background is heavily dictated by technical knowledge and expertise in the financial workspace, she also has had her fair share of experience in the beauty industry. In 2018, Tamika started a lash extension business, which she later expanded to include selling lash products, hair extension products, offering courses and even providing scholarship opportunities. Tamika was able to scale her beauty business alongside her corporate career in a very short amount of time. This inspired her to start her accounting business in 2020 to help other beauty entrepreneurs to do the same.
Tamika is now a full-time entrepreneur who has found a way to combine her love for the beauty industry and her love for finances. She is fully invested and continues to prove that, as she will be opening her first salon suite business in Atlanta, Georgia November 2025.
Ultimately, HCA mission is to empower beauty professionals to create organization in their personal and business finances to strategically create the life they desire and deserve!
