The Healing Happy Method
Shell Gilbert is a Master Herbalist, holistic skin educator, and founder of The Healing Happy Method. Her journey into advanced skin healing began after experiencing severe skin trauma that doctors told her would never fully recover. Refusing to accept that outcome, she immersed herself in the science of natural healing, photobiomodulation, and cellular repair to combine evidence-based light therapy with herbal medicine and oil-based skincare.
With formal training from the School of Natural Healing and 19 years of hands-on experience developing natural skincare formulations, Shell specializes in bridging holistic principles with clinical science. She is known for translating complex biological concepts, like mitochondrial ATP production, collagen stimulation, and inflammation pathways, into practical, results-driven protocols for both professionals and clients.
Shell is the creator of the LUXE, and SOLA LED Light Therapy Mask and a sought-after educator who teaches estheticians and wellness providers how to integrate red and near infrared light therapy into effective treatment plans. Her mission is to empower practitioners with the scientific understanding behind light-based healing so they can confidently deliver measurable results.
When she’s not teaching or developing products, Shell is a wife, mother of four, and passionate advocate for accessible, non-invasive skin healing solutions that support both skin health and overall wellness.
