Ruth Illera, a Spain-born, internationally trained beauty professional, entrepreneur, award winning makeup artist, beauty educator, with over a decade of experience in the beauty and bridal industry.  As the founder of Lily Flower Hair & Makeup, Ruth has grown her company into a six-figure bridal beauty business and has been recognzie multiple times as Best Makeup artist in San Antonio.

Her international training includes Spain and the US, including training with the Director of Miss Spain Beauty Pageant and the Creative Director of the Miss Universe pageant.

Passionate about both artistry and entrepeneurship, Ruth believes that building a succesful beauty business requires more than talent-it requires confidence, connection, communication, and the ability to create an exceptional client experience.  She brings her real-world experience to the Premiere stage to help beauty professionals book more clients, communicate with confidence and build a business that grows.
